• Usage​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Rights
You are allowed to utilize the art wherever you want as long as our watermark stays visible and the artwork is not altered without permition.

• Modifications
If the art is done or almost done, a significant change request will be charged with an additional fee. The money will be based on the complexity of the change requested.

• Credit and Ownership
If you direct, copy, or claim our work as your own without giving credit, you are violating our terms.

• Refunds
Refunds will be made according to the proportion of work finished at the time of the cancellation. In case no work has been started, a full refund will be given, and partial refunds will relate to the progress made.

• Delivery Timeframe
The time of delivery for each commission will be spoken of in advance. Delivery may be postponed due to the complicated nature of the work or unexpected situations, but we will always keep you updated.

• Communication
Both​‍​‌‍​‍‌ parties are responsible for information flow: clients should tell us what they want from the piece while we should keep them updated on the piece’s progress until it is completed and handed ​‍​‌‍​‍‌over.

• File Types and Resolution
The final art will be presented in the file formats and resolution that have been agreed upon. If someone wants extra formats or a higher resolution, they might have to pay an additional fee, that is not always obligatory and is to be discussed.

• Commercial Use
If the art is going to be used for commercial purposes, apart from personal use, there may be of additional licensing fees.

• Archiving and Backup
We will keep the copies of the works done for a reasonable time. Clients should take their files as well as back them up as we cannot promise storage for longer than 3 months.

• Content Restrictions
We do not take the commissions of content with NSFW, political messages, hateful speech, generative AI art, or NFTs.

• Dispute Resolution
Any issues or disagreements will be dealt with in a manner that is professional and done in good faith. We want both sides to have a fair and positive experience.

• Agreement
In case you are not in agreement with one or more of these terms, unfortunately, we will not have the possibility to cooperate. ​‍​‌‍​‍‌
